I often meet people working in a business with no clarity on where the business is going and what part they play.
Its’ just a job for money. Do your job. Go home.

Sometimes you really need to be vulnerable and accept the state of the place may not be great, but an expert will get you in great shape much quicker.
At some stage you will have someone that you really like in your business, they meet your values, but the job they were doing has outgrown them. You need someone better, what do you do?
