I often meet people working in a business with no clarity on where the business is going and what part they play.

Its’ just a job for money. Do your job. Go home.

How much better do you think it would it be if we are all clear of where we are heading, and can all make a difference in achieving the vision.

Sometimes you really need to be vulnerable and accept the state of the place may not be great, but an expert will get you in great shape much quicker.

At some stage you will have someone that you really like in your business, they meet your values, but the job they were doing has outgrown them. You need someone better, what do you do?

You know… that person that is just right annoying, but sometimes really good at their job. If this is the case ive seen many get promoted creating a new culture like them….
